Ruby Zoisite

** Zoisite is a mineral that can be colorless, white, pink, blue, purple,
yellow, brown, green, or red. The stone we are talking about here tends to
be green with black streaks. It is a natural matrix for the growth of
Ruby, and thus the two are often found in the same stone.
** When Zoisite is found with bits of Ruby in it, it is also known as
Anyolite.
** Zoisite of the purple-blue variety is known as
Tanzanite.
** Ruby Zoisite is thought to turn negativity into positive energy.
It facilitates the advancement of all mental talents & abilities, it
amplifies the energy field in the body, and helps to relieve lethargy and boost
mental and physical energy. It helps to rid the wearer of laziness and
idleness.
** This stone promotes a sense of one's own individuality, and helps the
wearer to avoid conforming to other people's ideas and ways.
** Physically, Ruby Zoisite is thought to strengthen the heart. It
stimulates fertility, and helps in diseases of the testicles and ovaries.
** Zoisite was named after Seigmund Zois, the Austrian natural scientist
who discovered it.

eBay Store is Now Closed
Last Thursday I officially closed my eBay store. I made the decision
to close my store based on eBay's recent
fee
increases. I will continue to have auctions running on eBay
every week, to attract buyers to hopefully send to my online store, but from now
on eBay will be a very small part of my business. When I closed my store,
I didn't feel sad or wistful or anything. It was just a necessary decision
that needed to be made. I expect to cut my overall work load by at least
75%, as it really did take a lot of time to list items, send invoices, write
packing slips, etc. Let's hope Ephemerala Online will continue to
thrive!
Fortnightly Sale
Good-Bye eBay Sale
I just couldn't help it. I had to have this sale! For a year
and a half, ever since I opened my online store, I have never been able to have
weekly sales on anything that I didn't have listed on eBay, because of course
there would be no way for my eBay customers to cash in on the sales! This
week, that's all going out the window. To commemorate my eBay store
closing, this week's sale will be a bunch of selected items that I have never
