It finally happened! For years we have offered a discount to return customers in the US. At first, it was a coupon good for $2.00 off of their next purchase. When we got our online web-store with CityMax, we discovered no discount coupon redemption feature was available, so we changed the discount to free shipping and made a special shipping option for that. But we always felt badly about our many international customers. Obviously, we cannot offer free shipping on international packages, as they can sometimes cost $10 or more to mail. But we have finally come up with a compromise. Starting now, all of our international customers will receive $2.00 off their total shipping cost. For buyers in Canada & Mexico, this means their initial $2.00 handling charge is eliminated, and they only pay the shipping add-on for the individual items (usually about 10 cents for small items). For other international buyers, it means their usual $7.00 handling charge is reduced to $5.00. If you are an international customer, you will find the Discount Shipping Coupon option the next time you check out at our online store. We have created a special coupon to be enclosed in the packages going overseas, but even if you don't have a coupon now, you still may use the discounted shipping option.
