For the last three or four weeks, we have had a really hard time sending e-mails to AOL users. The messages always come back as undeliverable. We don't know if perhaps AOL recently implemented a new spam policy or something else that might be causing our messages to be rejected. We always try re-sending the newsletter and replies to inquiries several times, and sometimes it actually goes though, while other addresses are completely rejected. Any AOL users who are reading this announcement, please adjust your spam filters to accept service@ephemerala.citymax.com when writing to us.
