This is a wonderfully detailed Rainstick of exceptionally high quality, made of hollow bamboo, into which many small sticks have been inserted. The bamboo tube is filled with dried seeds, and closed at either end. When you gently turn the stick, you hear a lovely patter that resembles rain, yet is not like any other sound on earth. Quickly turning or shaking the stick brings a loud, jingling noise. Each rainstick features wood-burned abstract flower designs, woven wicker end caps, a hanging loop, and a spiral wicker wrap to hide the small holes. This Rain Stick measures approximately 36" long.
