This sphere is a mess. I bought it for $45 originally. It is white Opal, no color flashes, excellent depth and luster, some swirls of cream and tan. It has broken into several pieces, and MOST of the pieces have been glued back together. (Some little chunks are still missing.) It is currently in a vaguely sphereical shape, and it is actually possible to display it wihtout the damage showing. The prettiest side of the sphere is undamaged. It's not worth much now that it's been broken, but if you've been looking for an inexpensive Opal shpere and don't mind the damage, it is a good deal.
